Welcome to the college website help page.

Need to log in?

Most of our published content is open for all to view.

However, you must be logged in to the website to access specific secured web content. If you have not logged in previously, please go to the home page, click on "Register" and fill in the form. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

Once registered you can sign in and restricted areas such as the "Online CPD Portfolio" or the "Fellows" area will become visible depending on your level of access. Please remember that your username is your the primary email address we hold for you on the College database, which you selected as the main address for receiving College correspondence. If you are unsure of your primary email address, to avoid possible duplication of your record, please log in using your College membership/reference number using the link for it further down on the "Sign In" page.

You can look up your details and change these by clicking on "My Details" at the top of the home page once logged in.

Important note about web browsers

Please note that the college website works best with the following website browser versions:

Firefox 8, 10
Chrome latest version
Internet Explorer latest version
Safari latest version

The website also works with older browser versions but the College is not able to guarantee that you will not encounter issues when using our online services such as the CPD - and training portfolios. In addition, older browsers are not as secure as the latest versions. For these reasons we would like to strongly advise you to update your browser to the latest version.

To update Mozilla Firefox - please note that this Website is not yet compatible with Firefox 12 onwards.

To update Apple Safari

If you are not able to update your browser, for instance if your computer is blocked from installing software, you will need to involve your IT department in the process or access the college website from another computer.

How do I find what I want on the website?

If you are looking for specific information, whether being in a document or on a page, use our new Google Search facilty.

For specific queries for departments or individuals, please use our College Directory contact list.

If you're still not sure who to contact, call our switchboard on 020 451 6700 or email, who can direct your query to the best person.

Downloading and reading PDF files

Most of the documents on our website are PDF files. In order to view PDF documents, you need the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. To download Reader for free, please click on the icon below.
