Baxter Royal College of Pathologists Training Fellowship

Applications are invited for this year’s Baxter Royal College of Pathologists Fellowship, with a closing date of 1 July 2010.
 
Applicants should be Specialist Registrar trainees in haematology who are committed to a career in haemostasis and thrombosis and have passed the first part of the MRCPath examination as minimum qualification. The Fellowship offers the successful candidate:

• An extended period of training
• Mentored experience of research
• Opportunities for publication in peer reviewed journals

Applicants must be working in UK institutions that offer:

• Comprehensive training in haemostasis and thrombosis with a high standard of mentoring
• Opportunities to undertake research and access to relevant equipment

Pilot awards in pathology
 
The Royal College of Pathologists in partnership with The Jean Shanks Foundation wish to develop opportunities for research in academic pathology.
 
Applications are now invited for a pilot awards in any pathology discipline or a related field.
