Telepathology continues to develop at a considerable pace. Given this rapid change there are several technological and legal issues that users may wish to consider. The College has sought advice and consulted the membership and on this basis of this, issued guidance that individuals and organizations may wish to consider in advance of introducing telepathology into their practice.
