The College's Workforce Department (previously 'Manpower')

The Workforce department is divided into two sections - medical workforce and workforce planning.

Medical and Clinical Workforce approves job descriptions and oversees the College's statutory role in consultant Advisory Appointment Committees (AACs).

Workforce Planning collects data on workforce and advises the Workforce Review Team (WRT) on workforce planning for the pathology specialties.
