This is the competition to recognise and celebrate the individuals who have made improvements (large or small) in your workplace. For example, this could be a regular safety huddle with your team, re-organisation of your workspace for improved efficiency, or implementation of a checklist to standardise practice,
Making small changes can lead to big improvements.
- Submit an abstract (500 words) of the improvement for the panel to evaluate using our nomination form on the right.
- The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher, publication of an article (based on the project's abstract) in the College Bulletin and on the College website, and the chance to present their work at a College event.
