The Royal College of Pathologists is pleased to announce the launch of our Continuous Quality Improvement Mentoring Scheme.
The scheme will provide support to College members who are seeking to develop or improve their CQI skills through leading quality improvement initiatives in their workplace. The scheme will work by matching individuals with experienced CQI mentors whose expertise best fits the member’s goals. Both parties will work together in partnership until the CQI activity has been completed.
The aim of the mentoring scheme is to provide members with expert support, helping to build new skills, develop new leaders in CQI and improve the quality of pathology practice.
