Join Professor Jo Martin for a series of bite sized interactive webinars designed to help you manage complex or difficult situations.

Starting on 7 October, President of the Royal College of Pathologists, Professor Jo Martin will deliver a virtual series of eight weekly webinars taking place at 7pm on Wednesday evenings.

The bite sized 30 minute interactive weekly programme will cover a broad range of case based and reflective learning about the management of complex or difficult situations. Facilitated by the Chair of the Trainees’ Advisory Committee, Dr Matthew Clarke, the series will draw on the theory and practical aspects of leadership and management in a healthcare setting.

Professor Jo Martin said:

 `Together with the Chair of the Trainee Advisory Committee Dr Matthew Clarke, I am delighted to be launching a new webinar series − Core skills for leadership and management − to help support training in these domains while face-to-face opportunities are limited.’

This exciting virtual programme is for everyone − from trainees and students to new and established consultants, clinical scientists, biomedical scientists and all staff who want to reflect on their skills and learn tips and tactics to deal with difficult situations.

Format: eight live sessions from Professor Jo Martin followed by a Q&A session moderated by Dr Matthew Clarke.
