The College celebrates with a topping out ceremony as construction on our new building reaches the half-way point.

Senior members of the College, architects from Bennetts Associates, and those in construction from Gilbert-Ash and Oliver Connell all came together to celebrate the half-way point in the construction for the new College building.

The “topping out” ceremony, is traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction – in our case, this was when the last bit of concrete was put on the top floor of the building.

This short video shows the building as it is now, and the team who worked tirelessly to make it happen.
