Dr Suzy Lishman, President of the College:
"This week (June 1-7) is Volunteers’ Week, a national celebration of the contribution that volunteers make to organisations and communities around the country. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who volunteers on behalf of the College, whatever role you fulfill. Around one third of UK members are involved in the work of the College, ensuring that every specialty and geographical region is represented. The College could not function without your contribution and it is very much appreciated."
