The UK Health Security Agency and NHS England are holding a 1-day forum on carbapenemase-producing organisms (CPOs) with a focus on presenting current CPO data, the BlueTeq subscription model, interventions/solutions via NHS case studies, and opportunities for breakout group discussions.

  • Surveillance data and Qs

  • Surveillance data – Blueteq and the subscription model

  • Built environment CPO investigative work at Porton and its applications & Qs

  • Discussion around built environment/case studies/interventions, gaps/needs + feedback to the group

There will be informative sessions as well as interactive breakout discussion groups on key evidence gaps and space for collaboration to help mitigate the risk CPOs pose to the population in England.
