TOPICS COVERED
- Talks by different sectors of the bereavement journey, and stalls where you can learn about the support networks available. This covers everything from respite care, home care, the process from death to funeral, counsellors, charities, genealogy, memorials and more.
- The aim is to start conversations with people and for them to see that there is help and support available across Trafford and beyond.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This event is open to all and aimed at everybody!
There is an opportunity to learn whether you are a professional already working within bereavement, training or interested in the process or are unfortunately going through a bereavement of your own .
It is about networking and discovery and having those important conversations.
SPEAKERS
There will be representatives from The Coroners Office, Medical Examiners, Registrars, Trafford Bereavement Services and Funeral Directors on the journey from death to funeral and beyond.
Further talks covering Legal Aspects including Wills and Probate, Palliative Care, Home Care, Wellbeing and Aftercare will run through the day.
