TOPICS COVERED
This year’s Early Career Summer Conference welcomes early career attendees from all fields of microbiology across the four divisions of the Society (Eukaryotic, Prokaryotic, Irish and Virus). Attendees will benefit from sessions on understanding the publishing processes and criteria, career options for early career microbiologists, navigating career changes and confidence building exercises such as poster and talk presentations. There will also be opportunities to network and create working relationships between researchers and microbiologists from different fields of study in the discipline.

The event is primarily targeted at microbiologists and people interested in microbiology who are in the early stages of their career.
