After attending this session covering 'Behaviour change, quality improvement and leadership' delegates will be able to:
- Describe quality improvement in healthcare and in infection prevention
- Describe what characterises an effective IPC leader
- Explain how QI methodology can be used in practice eg. changing hand hygiene behaviour
- Outline how data can be analysed and presented to effect sustained change in IPC.
