Coronavirus – College conferences update

RCPath face-to-face conferences and events have been postponed for the next few months, we are however organising on-line seminars and conferences. This arrangement will initially remain in place until the end of August, however we will continue to monitor any developments, take Government advice where required and if necessary postpone or cancel further events.

If you have registered for an RCPath conference that was due to take place at the College in the coming months you will receive an email about whether the event will proceed as planned, take place virtually or alternate arrangements have been made. We will endeavour to do this as swiftly as possible, however if you are unsure about an upcoming event or would like to discuss further please contact the Events Team at

Our first priority is to look after our members and guests' health and safety, as well as the wellbeing of the wider community. We thank you for your understanding.

The College aims to make a direct contribution to the further education of pathologists and medical professionals.

We aim to provide a broad range of educational opportunities across the breadth of pathology and to facilitate the development and delivery of symposia. We rely on College committees, Fellows, trainees and other departments to assist us by providing ideas that we can take forward.
