The College has a small team dedicated to our commitment to listen to you and we are really keen to hear about your membership experiences. We have a dedicated email service at [email protected] that we encourage you to use at any time.
In addition, we want to encourage channels to capture informal member feedback. We need to ensure that we resolve issues that arise so we can learn and improve, but we'd also love to hear what is going well so we can keep doing the right thing where it works.
We are developing a range of member engagement opportunities to ensure we continue to listen to, learn from and work with you to inform the work of the College. We will update these pages regularly with information on these activities.
