Our workforce reports
Pathology is at the heart of healthcare; however, the profession faces a growing workforce crisis that threatens patient care. Rising demand, staff shortages, and difficulties in recruitment and retention are putting pressure on services across all specialties. Meeting these challenges requires a workforce that is properly resourced, supported, and planned for the future.
