Overview

Delegates will learn about methodology for rapid quality improvement, understand how to apply a rapid model for quality improvement, learn how to apply quality improvement tools and techniques to monitor and continuously improve an aspect of service delivery or patient care.  The day will also assist in developing their own QI improvement project and work out the outcomes and processes involved. Event will be on interest to all trainees, pathologists and clinical scientists working in pathology.
