A two day residential course on culturing, identification and the clinical importance of anaerobes.

TOPICS COVERED

Day one includes lectures and talks in the morning with a practical session in the laboratory in the afternoon. On the second day there are talks from clinicians at the University Hospital of Wales, giving context to the theoretical sessions. There is then a second afternoon in the laboratory to assess results.

This event is suitable for those working in clinical microbiology who want to refresh their knowledge on anaerobes or learn the latest technologies and techniques for culturing and identifying anaerobes.
