This year’s Early Career Summer Conference will focus on Microbiology in Society. Attendees will benefit from sessions on understanding the publishing processes and criteria, career options for early career microbiologists, navigating career changes and confidence building exercises such as poster and talk presentations. There will also be opportunities to network and create working relationships between researchers and microbiologists from different fields of study in the discipline.

The conference will provide undergraduate, masters and PhD students with a peer-led meeting experience designed to offer an introductory opportunity to scientific conferences and professional development prospects.

The conference is dedicated to showcasing early career research, career development and networking.
