This is a course created by Dr David Clark and Professor Barbara Bain at St Mary’s Hospital, which has been running twice a year for more than 25 years. It is now taught by two experienced Haematopathologists, Dr David Clark and Dr Bridget Wilkins.

It covers all aspects of interpretation of trephine biopsy sections. The course is microscopy-based with all cases being reviewed collectively. There are also several key lectures. Photographs of all cases, as well as PowerPoint presentations of lectures, are provided to the participants for the purpose of private study after the course.
